Jen understands that everyone is different, and their needs and intentions will vary. This holistic approach caters to all aspects of wellbeing, not just physical but emotional and spiritual as well. The session begins with a consultation where you and Jen will discuss your intentions and expectations. It is important for Jen to know what you want to achieve so we can tailor the treatment accordingly. Once intentions have been set, you will lie down fully clothed on a heated massage table, where the Jen will begin the healing process. However, it's important to note that this isn't a traditional massage session – the Jen will only physically touch your head and feet. Jen will work on an energetic, vibrational representation of your body. During the session, the energy around your body will be adjusted and realigned. This can lead to a variety of different experiences. Many people report entering a meditative state, or even drifting into a peaceful sleep. Some clients gain insight into emotional or spiritual influences that may be affecting their health. Once the energy work is complete, there will be a chance to discuss your experiences with Jen. You will review what came up during the session, discuss how to maintain the healing, and identify any underlying issues that may need to be addressed. This is a valuable part of the session that ensures you continue your healing journey even after you've left our clinic. The session is approximately 45 mins in total, but Jen believes that you should not feel rushed during this time. Jens ultimate aim is to guide you towards holistic wellbeing, helping you live a healthier, happier life.
